While we run the event we also keep your registration code, the batch you are placed in, whether you confirmed, whether you were checked in, and the emails we sent you.

Why

To place you in a batch, tell you the date and place, send your entry pass, and check you in on the day. If we issue a certificate, it carries your name, the program, the place and the date.

Who sees it

The SAVEaTURTLE team (organisers and volunteers) can see your registration. Our emails are sent by our registration service provider.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Ask us at info@saveaturtle.in.

Children

The person who registers must be 18 or older and registers on behalf of everyone in the group. We do not collect children's names.
